Pierre Raimbault, aka Pedro, moved into these premises in the heart of the Plantagenet city in 2014. The stone vaults house precious bottles of all origins. More than just a wine cellar, this address has already become a must. Pedro knows the history of each cuvée inside out, and will guide you to the right bottle. Great wines and friends' wines, a fine selection of Loire and even Sarthe crus. Tasting evenings are held throughout the week, by prior arrangement.

Épatant ! Pedro a fait le sommelier pour 15 personnes gourmandes connaisseuses et exigeantes pour trois repas de suite. Il a su satisfaire la soif, le goût et même nous surprendre avec des bouteilles accessibles, adaptées aux plats et parfaitement graduées sur la longueur du repas. Respect! Merci surtout! Et bravo
