LA FONDERIE

The Théâtre de la Fonderie is a place of artistic residence. In addition to the mancelle troupe of the Théâtre du Radeau, it also welcomes companies and artists from all over France and abroad. They can conduct their research here, whether in theatre, dance, music, visual arts or even writing. The musicians have their own space for sound creation in a room called the Caisse à Musique. As its name suggests, the theatre is located in the original setting of a former foundry. Creations are sometimes presented at the end of the shows, which must adapt to the rhythm of the various creations (and not to that of a fixed program, consult the public openings on the website). You can also attend reading evenings, meetings or screenings. There is also the circus.
