Mauritian restaurant in Vieux Mans where you must try the flavours of Mine Bouille Poulet and Mine Frite

Opened in 2022, this restaurant specializing in Mauritian cuisine welcomes you to the heart of Vieux Mans in a relaxed, family atmosphere. In the kitchen, Chef Shanesh prepares homemade dishes. The menu changes every two months, but a number of flagship dishes remain on the menu (Mine Bouille poulet, Mine Frite, made with rice, sautéed vegetables of the moment, chicken, black mushroom, eggs, shrimp). The menu also offers vegetarian versions. Depending on the season, desserts include coconut milk, Mauritian flans and tiramisu revisited (a real treat!), with light, fragrant notes (and not too sweet!). Find out more.

Voici une petite adresse très sympa située au Mans, où je vais régulièrement avec ma femme et mes deux enfants. C'est un restaurant mauricien qui nous rappelle souvent les voyages que nous avons fait avec ma famille. On respecte tous les codes culinaires mauriciens. Je conseille vraiment ce restaurant à tout le monde. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
