Water sports and leisure activities Ciboure/Ziburu

The Evi Nautika nautical base in Ciboure, one of the oldest sailing schools in the Bay of Socoa (51 years old), offers courses and lessons, and rents out nautical equipment all year round, including 9 Figaro sailboats (ideal for beginners), motorboats and paddleboats. The sailing school is affiliated with the French Sailing Federation. Boards, catamarans and towed gliders are available for hire. Supervised by instructors (DE).

If you can swim 25 meters, treat yourself to a Polynesian pirogue ride in the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz-Ciboure! Calm and fun for some with a simple tour of the bay, sporty with sensations in the waves for others in a pirogue, wave ski or even an inflatable Stand Up from 4 to 8 places - guaranteed sensations! You can also opt for a kayak and learn the basics of navigation, followed by progressive sessions. From initiation to perfection in all these activities, for all ages and budgets...

Come aboard Eaux Skadi! This association offers fishing trips for the whole family, as well as sea outings for real pleasure. With Jean-Marie Lissardy at the helm, a qualified fishing instructor and member of the SSNM (Station Nationale de Sauvetage en Mer), you can discover the waters of the Basque country in complete safety and serenity. You can take to the sea on the "Esteou", an 8.50 m boat equipped for coastal and offshore sailing, with your children from the age of 8, for walks and a better understanding of the marine environment.

Located in Socoa, this small nautical base has its feet practically in the water and is bursting with activities. Jet-skiing along the Basque coast to discover the magnificent landscapes, made up of creeks and rocks, from Hendaye to the Landes. D.E. instructors will guide you on these tours, which are suitable for everyone. If you have a coastal license, you can rent a jet-ski for a solo or duo outing. Another activity is Flyboard, with which you can fly over the water using a powerful water jet and pressure. Sensations guaranteed!

Located in Socoa, the Tech-Océan diving center is one of the benchmarks for diving in Aquitaine. For more than 30 years, a team of instructors (who hold a State Diploma in Youth, Popular Education and Sport) has been guiding and accompanying you as you discover the underwater environment. Baptisms and training courses are available for youngsters aged 8 and over, with a quality service tailored to your needs, enabling you to enjoy diving in complete peace of mind and safety. Experienced training courses are also available for those aged 10 and over, as well as boating licenses for adults.
