The Château d 'Arance is a renowned hotel-restaurant in the Aspe Valley, especially by its soul, since the establishment, which dates from the xiiith century, is the village's old strong house. If the accommodation works in a classic way with 8 charming rooms, the restaurant runs the risk of confusing you: Here, no map or multiple formulas to extend… every night, one menu is proposed! Luc Jallais made this choice to satisfy the hotel's customers, but everyone is welcome! And it's so much better because we're regressing. At the table you will find mainly local dishes prepared with local producers' products: Garnish, duck needles, fish according to market, tasty meat in grilled or in sauce according to the weather… Each one honors the Bearnese or mountain recipes.
