After holding L'Dealer and then created Le Petit Saint-Vénérand (two Laval restaurants still very popular in 2014), Gilles and Nelly Hubert opened Le Culvert in 2012, instead of the former Robin Hood Café. Located at Ford d'Orger, on the old road of Cossé, this brand of covers allows you to taste dishes which, with the exception of the hors d'oeuvre and some desserts, change every lunchtime (three meats and one fish, at the choice). Examples? Warm green salad salad green salad, calf's head bowl (also with green salad); tab of roquefort beef, curry chicken steak, saumon white butter, sauté of lamb mouse. One common point to all these dishes: they are all excellent!
