Merci au patron de nous avoir accordé une chambre au calme.
Très pro et sympathique.
Bel endroit pour visiter le pays Basque.
Bref vous pouvez venir sans hésitation et qui plus est la région est belle.
Debité de 2 nuitées alors que je n'y ai pas dormi j'ai cherché à comprendre. Il m'a été répondu que la réservation avait été faite par téléphone... de fait je n'ai jamais reçu de confirmation
J'ai imaginé qu'une partie prenante avait usurpé mes identifiants et j'ai fait opposition sur ma carte bancaire
Vu la situation je ne peux pas en l'état recommander cet établissement
Vous ne vous êtes pas présenté pour honorer votre réservation.
Vous dites avoir été usurpé hors votre caution bancaire été exact.
De plus notre hôtel était plein sur cette période donc nous vous avons débité deux nuitées sur quatre car nous avons perdu ces nuitées là.
Si vous aviez annulé 3 jours avant il n'y aurait pas eu de soucis mais comprenez bien que nous ne pouvons pas laisser les gens réserver et ne pas venir dans notre établissement.
Tous les hôtels fonctionnent de la même manière.
