A huge dining room opens onto a panoramic terrace. The chef brings you a taste of the Basque country and its products in a perfect setting. Truitelles d'Iraty, Tatin of duck breast, duo of pigeon salmis or roast (in season), homemade pavlova and a 7-course "surprise" menu.
