His work is impeccable, and the dishes served in the dining room come out tasty and carefully prepared. With its 3 or 7-course confidence menu, l'Esberit explores all your sensations with blind menus. At lunchtime, 3 or 5-course menus let you discover all the talent of the chef and his brigade. The restaurant flourished in downtown Pau before finding its new home in this magnificent 19th-century building. Today, the address has everything it takes to become an absolute reference in local gastronomy.
