With a chef like Marc, the menu matches the setting! A master restaurateur, he only cooks with fresh, quality produce. His dishes change with the seasons: lobster-avocado tiramisu, lean beef parmentier with chanterelle mushrooms, beef tataki and creamy peas, hazelnut and walnut crumble... The platters are beautiful odes to the terroir. The level is as high as the water is hypnotic!
