The Bénou plateau, a great place for hiking and mountain biking in Bilhères.

Fresh air, sumptuous landscapes, an Olympian calm: welcome to the Plateau du Bénou! This place is first of all a symbol of history, with its cromlechs testifying to the presence of prehistoric man during the Iron Age. Then, the plateau and its surroundings allow hiking and mountain biking. Its open and unobstructed landscape offers a very beautiful view of the mountains. You will also meet the herds and shepherds, but also the local fauna. This high place of pastoralism is a compulsory passage in the Ossau Valley.

joli plateau entre la vallée d'Ossau et la vallée d'Aspe. L'été, beaucoup de troupeaux. Quelques jolies balades à faire en famille, donnant une vue magnifique sur la plaine béarnaise d'un côté et des premiers pics de la chaine pyrénéenne.
