Restaurant on the road to Somport offering a menu of great classics where the local produce is worked.
Since 1985, Didier and Josiane Cottet welcome you in their very beautiful establishment on the Somport road. Ciboulette is essential in the region, especially for its catering activity which enchants the major occasions. The restaurant is in the same excellence, the presentation of the dishes will seduce you and the sauces have fun decorating the plates as well as raising the dishes. On the map side, you will find great classics where the land is beautifully decorated and beautifully worked. The garnish, the foie gras with apples and raisins, the ribs of lamb perched at ceps, the lamb square and its vegetables… Efficient and fully controlled, this kitchen is the best taste. Fish enthusiasts will be filled, bar filet to asparagus, salmon at Jurançon, filet of spaniard to Spanish… The tradition is the troll of the hotel which carries the top on the Sunday tasting menu. The room is large enough to accommodate 180 people and if the groups enjoy it, even in duo we're happy with this rare space! A safe value.
