South of Biarritz and at the gateway to Spain, this residence was built in an idyllic setting, on the golf course of Ilbarritz, facing the largest golf training centre in Europe, with the ocean and the Pyrenees as a backdrop, on 1 ha, in a quiet area between golf and forest, with swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court... not to mention, nearby, a riding school and a thalassotherapy centre. Most of the 100 apartments overlook the swimming pool and the golf course (some on the top floor overlook the ocean), from studios for 2 to 3-roomed apartments for 8 people, some of which are duplexes of 53m2 and 59m2, with two other bedrooms upstairs and a second bathroom. All are fully equipped with a kitchenette complete with electric hob, mini-oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. And for the moments of relaxation a balcony allows you to recharge your batteries in a quiet environment. Se garer sur des places bleues devant l'accueil est nécessaire car la rue est en pente et le parking normal est plus loin.
Cependant, ce weekend, il y avait plus de vacanciers en situation de handicap que de places disponibles... donc attention. Cette situation ne semble pas être gérée par l'établissement.
Une autre aventure, pas de chance, ascenseur en panne à 22h quand je rentre, pas de numéro de tel d'assistance visible, comment accéder au 1er étage ? Sans rentrer dans les détails, j'ai eu énormément de chance.
Sinon établissement ok, accueil charmant.
L'appartement était un peu vieillot mais en bon état et propre.
La piscine n'est pas chauffée.
