located at 200 m from the beach of Uhabia, this Basque building of more than 80 years, proposes, in addition to 9 hotel rooms, a restaurant, where cards and menus vary according to the season. Un établissement qui en vaut le détour ! J’ai été particulièrement époustouflée par la qualité de la restauration, tant en salle qu’en cuisine. C’est rare d’avoir une telle magie en bouche ! Les produits sont cuisinés avec justesse, avec des associations improbables mais incroyables et avec tout un jeu de texture.

Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant et nous en sommes ravis. Les plats sont succulents et très variés. Nous nous sommes baladés de saveurs en saveurs et à aucun moment nous avons été déçu. L'accueil et le service ont été parfaits. Nous recommandons cet endroit avec tout le plaisir que nous avons eu à y être.
