At "Les Six Saisons ", as the name suggests, the menu changes every 2 months; a menu created by the passionate chef Anthony, who already has a fine gastronomic track record. You'll savor his cuisine of the moment, made with local produce, creative and surprisingly flavorful: perfect egg, pumpkin velouté, yuzu kosho cream; grilled octopus, polenta; Herriko veal, grilled eggplant and apricots; "homemade" sweets such as soufflé... Wine list carefully selected by Frédéric, the owner. Enjoy your meal on the terrace or inside with sea/mountain views.
