Restaurant at the foot of the mill with stone terrace with traditional recipes of the chef with products from the South West.

This warm and friendly restaurant at the foot of the Moulin offers a bucolic stroll in the guinguette spirit. Stone terrace, century-old trees, wooden tables... a green ambiance. The à la carte menu features local produce and traditional recipes. An institution renovated without denying its prestigious past. Away from it all, with a tent-like structure, "the little Trianon in the middle of nature", for groups. Mouth-watering appetizers include garlic chipirons, farm egg and lomo, veal T-bone with parmesan sauce...

Open from March 1 to October 31. March and October, lunchtime only, Sundays included. April, all lunchtimes and Friday and Saturday evenings. May to end September, open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Menu: approx. €40. Lunchtime formula: €16. Group meals, business lunches, communions... with festive menus. Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Groups welcome. Garden. Terrace.

Welcome to the "Restaurant du Moulin de Bassilour"!

The restaurant is 5 minutes from the motorway exit "Biarritz la négresse"

We offer a free visit to the Bassilour Mill, an authentic mill from 1787, where you can discover the secrets of the making of the famous Basque cake. The visit lasts about 20 minutes.

We welcome our customers in the dining room (70 to 80 people) as well as on the terrace (not covered, with a hundred seats).
A special bus parking is at your disposal.

We also organize :

business meals, company meals, festive meals (communion, birthday, ...)
Menus can be elaborated in collaboration with our chef

Cadre magnifique, accueil chaleureux, efficacité dans le service, attentif au besoin du client et très bonne qualité de produit, très bon rapport qualité prix (un peu dans la terre, éloigné des attrapes touristes du bord de mer)

A ne pas manquer. Cadre exceptionnel pour ce restaurant simple avec un menu premier prix à 13 euros d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.
