For 4 generations, this temple has offered a range of products rivalling in taste and flavor: duck and goose foie gras, duck breast and aiguillettes, preserves (confits, gizzards, cassoulet, rillettes, pâtés...), Espelette pepper, oils, jams... Our products, guaranteed free from antibiotics and GMOs, are raised and manufactured exclusively on our own farm in the Landes region of France.
