This is a world-inspired universe, careful of its look, frankly ideal for commercial in the wind, a little classic anyway. So careful, moreover, that some keys are simply "féminisantes", which does not remove absolutely anything from the big class: motifs, gentle cheichs worn on city jackets that are hésitent between sportswear and business class. The métrosexuels will find here a style that will surely delight them, for others they will simply find a nice compromise between fashion and classic. However, apart from the XL, the strong middle will find nothing here and no jackets above size 58/60 or very rarely.

Chic in Troc becomes chandcodecam: Cam, not for "camera" (smile, you are not filmed!) but for Camille Husson, the young Angevine who took over this high-end deposit. It is also the name of its various pages on social networks, where it presents its personal collections and what it sells in the store, hence this change of name to correlate shop "hard" and online promotion. Of course, prices remain high because, even if the clothes are used, their original price was up to the mark: Pierre Hardy, Heyraud, Hermès, Tara Jarmon are those present in the small shop. Dresses, jackets, small tops, shoes or bags: Chic fashion enthusiasts can always find at this address what to create a most fashionable dressing and deposit their own clothes (by appointment).

The city's habitués discovered a year ago this shop with a little wise, even frankly bold (already present in the Espace Anjou gallery), and its co-ordinates to combine/dissociate the posher codes of lingerie. Small prizes and fantasy are the preserve of this brand created in 2007 within the Etam group. We mix colours and materials, and each day we highlight one facet of its personality and, above all, we dare the most extreme colors, the most extreme contrasts (or shouters), the gender mixtures. Men are not the same: just as discreet boxers, shorts and t-shirts are designed to give them the same. The whole, however, does not shine by its quality, but the small prices are there.

Olow, Farah, bask in the Sun, Mackie, Sand...

Since 2018 and just a stone's throw from the Toussaint cloister, the Les Archives store has given priority to quality French menswear brands, but not only. You'll find streetwear and class in great brands like Maison Kitsuné, who, when they're not releasing music under their record label, offer great shirts and sneakers, along with Closed, Vanessa Bruno and Kujten. Polos, swimsuits, jeans and cardigans are all on offer. If underwear is lacking in the closet, Veja sneakers take pride of place in the men's store at 31, while n°19bis is the men's and women's designer space. Quality comes at a price, however.

Last year, the Tôpette boutique on rue de la Roë concentrated its activities on skateboarding, leading to the opening of a second store on rue Saint-Laud, dedicated to the fashion side of skate culture. The range of clothing on offer here is partly aimed at a mainstream clientele simply looking for a trendy streetwear look. The Carrhart brand is well represented, but you'll also find sweatshirts, vests and pants from Obey, Butter Goods t-shirts and Adidas and New Balance shoes.

Founded in the 1950s, this family-run business from Anjou focuses on top-of-the-range brands for men and women. Angevines will find pumps, moccasins and ankle boots from Gabor, Brunate, Sioux and Paraboot, as well as pretty slippers from the long-established French brand Erel. The men's section features Paraboots (one of the store's flagship brands, and its sole distributor in Anjou), Lloyd, Sioux, Sebago... Last but not least, children are also catered for, with pretty little models from GBB, Froddo and Primigi.

Glasses are obviously what you will find in this establishment. Solar and eye glasses are the business background of this friendly optician who knows how to orient his customers to the products that best suit the shape of their face. The shop is clear and it is possible to test glasses and frames to natural light, which is always good. Here you will find other brands than those presented in the large chains, which will allow you to take a look at your loved ones.
