Inn in the heart of the vineyard, a nice address for lovers of grilled meat in Vallet.
In the heart of the vineyard, this inn is surrounded by vineyards and lulled by the surrounding light. Here we are at Eric and Rachel's house, surrounded by their young team. We come here to relax to the sound of the crackling chimney fire. Indeed, at the Auberge de la Comtière you can taste the famous grilled meats cooked in the fire of the vine shoots! A regional rumour claims that the best meats are served here in the vineyard. This address validates this statement. Located in the countryside, between Vallet and Le Landreau, the establishment will seduce grill lovers but not only. Good old-fashioned dishes are brought up to date here: sausage with muscadet or a piece of rib steak grilled in the fireplace. The establishment can accommodate groups in its large room. For the sweet, we recommend the excellent homemade rum baba served with the rum bottle at will... Of course Loire wines are omnipresent, do not hesitate to ask for the Muscadet de la Comtière produced right next door!

Je tenais aujourd'hui à vous faire partager ma visite dans ce restaurant que je fréquente depuis pas mal de temps dans le cadre de mon activité professionnelle.
Même si je change assez souvent de "cantine" dans le secteur, celle-ci est assez sympathique à mon goût.
Elle est située un peu à l'écart de Vallet dans le vignoble avec un vaste parking offrant un stationnement facilité.
Accueil sympathique du personnel.
La cheminée avec son immense hotte en tôle façon forge donne un cachet agréable à la salle de restaurant et permet aussi un grillade aux ceps de vigne de nombreuses viandes.
Passons au menu.
Plusieurs formules EPD 13,50 euros ou EP ou PD à 11,50 euros avec toujours au moins un plat du jour.
Pour les gourmets il existe aussi une carte.
Bref il y en a pour toutes les bourses et tous les goûts.
Mention spéciale aussi pour les amateurs de bières qui trouveront un choix de bières pression.
Rapport qualité prix assez remarquable et bons produits pour déjeuner le midi sans le coin.
Comme toujours venez découvrir et tester par vous même.
