Built in 1872, this building alone bears witness to a bygone era, and is the memory of gestures that have now been forgotten. Supplied with water by an aqueduct, it is built on a rectangular plan 18 metres long, 5 metres wide and 0.75 metres deep. Operational until the early 1960s, the restoration of this washhouse was carried out by the free commune of Sainte-Opportune, and received the heritage preservation prize in 1992. Picnic tables are set up around the area to make a stopover.
