Sel salt producers for 20 years, the Maison Charteau has settled in Saint Molf. The Fleur de sel is selected from the harvest, then sifted and completely sorted by hand. The large gray salt, harvested gently and also soft and sorted. Following a walk in the region, stop at Françoise and Lionel Charteau to discover their trade and production. On the spot you'll find salt blossoms from the peppers or the salt of Espelette or nature to flavour your dishes.
