Épicentre Épicentre, this hostel is a very pleasant place to spend a good time. In a friendly, almost family atmosphere, you will always be greeted with a smile. On the map, the dishes of the local béarnais, but also typical Spanish recipes, all guaranteed house in a concern to serve only quality plates. A restaurant that is very attached to the tradition of Béarnaise, there are sometimes chant singing evenings in Occitan, hot canteras. Participants can be more than to come sharing this strong time. It is a real encounter with the béarnaise culture, rooted in the hearts and minds of all the inhabitants of the region.

Légèrement déçu par les tapas en entré (pain sec/dur) mais nous avons adoré et dévoré nos plats. La qualité de la viande (côtelettes d'agneau et boudin Basque) était divine autant que les frites maison. Les assiettes étaient généreuse comme la cuisinière je suppose.

Nous avions réservé la veille pour bruncher le samedi midi. Le brunch est copieux, local et très bon.
