One of the very few French organic caterers is located near Nantes: Gilles Daveau offers his specialty in gourmet vegetarian cuisine, with his meals and certified organic cocktails, based on seasonal products, fresh and fully prepared "house". For festive or professional occasions, formulas «Discovery», «Gourmet Cuisine», «Gourmet» and «Prestige» to be ordered, delivered or on site in its rooms for rent. A space where he shares his 20 years experience with workshops and practical courses of bio and vegetarian cooking.
