If you are wine lovers, but your ecological conscience sometimes gets you to buy a bottle, Annaïg and Grégory have selected for you more than 250 biological references, biodynamy, natural or organic conversion. Located on the pier of the Fosse, a few steps from the Jacques Demy media station, along the tram line, this modern cellar has indeed taken part in wines from vines grown without fertilizers or pesticides. In store, wines from small wineries from all over France: The Loire of course is present (Muscadet, Savennières, Chinon, Anjou, etc.), Alsace, Bordelais (Pessac Léognan, Pomerol), Burgundy (unforgettable Corton…), there is also a beautiful selection of champagnes and whiskies. For the wine adventurers who wish to leave our borders, La Nouvel Cave also offers an international selection made of Argentinean, Chilean, New Zealand or South African wines.
