LA CAVE NATURE VINS BIOS
La Cave Nature d'Emilie combines respect for the environment with a representative terroir in the wine. Working with 160 winegrowers, its many wine references are all from organic or biodynamic agriculture and are offered at affordable prices. To note some favourites: the muscadet Les Monthys by Jérémie Huchet, the Manpôt rosé, the Cubik rouge... Foreign wines are also present (Chianti, Montepulciano, Naoussa...), as well as traditional and local beers (Trompesouris, Féodale or Mélusine et Duck bio) or strong spirits (muscat, genépy, armagnac...). Emilie provides excellent advice, wine tasting and oenological training courses. Dinners in harmony with food and wine are organised with some restaurateurs, including the nearby Parallèle, and inevitably gourmet combinations!
