Vincent Touzet is a butcher who is happy to work in the profession he chose late on, after having worked in the trade... It is distinguished by the products it offers, in particular black pork from Bigorra and overmatured beef in a maturing cellar for 30 to 120 days. Beef and pork are stamped Label rouge, Aveyron AOC lamb, organic turkey... Among its specialities: beef terrine and on weekends, rotisseries, especially lacquered piglets. Vincent Touzet also offers side dishes (fried vegetables, semolina with small vegetables, dolphins apples...). Good to know: possibility to order batches of meat online and thus reduce the invoice!
