Fabrice Cariou sells hollow oysters of several sizes. They have a perfect iodized taste and a hazelnut aftertaste. It is ideal to compose a seafood platter; almonds, clams, bulots, periwinkles, clams… come from Mesquer Bay. Shells and moulds are equally beautiful. Note that you can find the ostréiculteur on the La Baule market.
