Oyster lovers, taste the oysters of Le Mès. Located in the Mès basin between the Loire and Vilaine rivers, David and Maxime's oysters grow in water known as "le doux sain", the perfect blend of fresh and salt water, giving a unique taste to the flesh. At the boutique, you can also stock up on mussels, clams, cockles, periwinkles, shrimps and whelks. Adjacent to the boutique is an oyster bar where you can sample a dozen oysters or even cooked mussels, shrimps, whelks or fish rillettes.
