The famous preserves of the Belle-Erp are within your reach. For three generations, the Hilliet family has been making gastronomic preserves of fish. The raw materials used are only first choices. Fish are fresh and not frozen and worked by hand. Do you know you can offer canned boxes as gifts? In La Belle-Erp, this is possible thanks to the excellence of products and presentations in sardines, albacore white tuna, fish soups and derivatives (salt to algae, salicorne, rust…). Discover, among other things, the famous recipe of the pan sardines at La Nantes, which marries sardines, the early ones such as tomatoes, onions, garlic and parsley and the muscadet and enjoy warm.
