Opposite Les Halles de Bayonne, this cellar has a refined, well-lit setting to showcase the wines, with over 1,000 references. Wines are presented by region: Rhône, Burgundy, Languedoc-Roussillon, Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Margaux and more. From French wines to regional wines to world wines. You'll also discover a fine showcase of vintage Armagnacs, old rums, whiskies, eaux-de-vie, champagnes, cognacs, local Patxaran... Tasting evenings and introductory courses are offered.

This old wine storehouse from the ^17th century is not only a wine cellar. Behind its window hides a place that we would describe today as vintage, authentic and atypical with its incomparable furniture. Kevin, a born epicurean, has developed a boutique in the warehouse with a wine tasting area, enriched by a delicatessen. Le Sang des Vignes houses more than 500 references of natural French and Spanish wines, with our South-West ambassador who knows each of the vineyards and winemakers directly. Themed wine tasting evenings are organized there.
