A unique and tasty place in the heart of historic Bayonne, Coffee Muxu is inspired to travel the globe, drawing its DNA from the Basque Country. Here, thanks to Henri, the head chef, you'll discover gourmet, fair-trade, artisan-roasted coffees, as well as brunch classics revisited using selected local produce.
