In the historic district of greater Bayonne, between the city hall and the Sainte Marie cathedral (famous for its cloister), the Hôtel des Arceaux is one of the last hotels in the city center.
Close to the beaches of Biarritz and Anglet (8km), the hotel will allow you to easily discover the multiple riches that the Basque Country offers (culture, gastronomy, land and water sports).

Notre train a été annulé au dernier moment à cause d'une grève nous étions donc dans l'impossibilité de venir à Bayonne. J'ai donc appelé pour déplacer nos dates de séjour mais on m'a répondu sur un ton légèrement non admissible que ce n'était pas possible et donc nous paierons des frais alors que l'annulation n'est pas de notre fait.
Je veux bien entendre que cela soit dans votre politique d'annulation en revanche n'hésitez pas à vous adresser de manière correcte aux personnes qui vous contactent ( et d'être conciliant, autrement dit commercial, pour les prochaines fois).
