Close to the Musée Bonnat-Helleu, Le Carré is a trendy, trendy place to live on the first floor of the Hôtel Villa Koegui. A place for sharing, in a cosy setting, with refined furnishings, a majestic and luminous counter, bookcases and a terrace open to the outside. You'll enjoy local cuisine that's fresh every day. As well as plates to share, you'll appreciate the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish returns, the pig's loin from the Montauzer house... Every evening, it's tapas, pintxos and Partekas.

TOUT était PARFAIT ! Le lieu chaleureux, joliment décoré et confortable, l'équipe en salle aux petits soins discrète mais très sympathique, les cocktails savoureux, les plats beaux et bons servis en portions idéales, les vins proposés en accord... Je recommande vivement ce restaurant qui m'a fait vivre l'un des plus beaux moments gastronomiques de ma vie. Si il ne devait y en avoir qu'un à Bayonne ou pour le restant de mes jours : ce serait Le Carré. Un grand bravo à vous et merci ! A quand une étoile ?
