The 1st "Bouillon" restaurants appeared around Les Halles in the 1900s. A French cuisine à la bonne franquette that lends itself to conviviality. Two brothers from the Basque country invite you to share in the joy of this simple cuisine, while working with and highlighting quality local produce. In a bistro atmosphere with cloth tablecloths and unbeatable value for money for the region! Très déçu après une reservation pour 4 personnes sans encombre 48 h avant, quelle déception nous ne sommes pas prévus dans la salle principale du restaurant mais en face dans une salle annexe sombre dans laquelle y réside une odeur nauséabonde !!! Nous avons décidé de ne pas tester la nourriture … dommage

Nous y sommes allés deux fois ce mois ci tellement on se régale à chaque fois! De bons petits plats très bien réalisés esprit bistrot et un personnel au top. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Bayonne! Merci :)
