For over 20 years, Gilles, Maître Restaurateur, has been delighting palates in the warm setting of his bodega, but not only that... with a menu and suggestions inspired by the season and influences, using fresh produce processed on site. On the bodega side, you'll find tapas, raciones and plates to share, while on the restaurant side, the menu is generous, with duck breast and pan-fried forest meat, snacked scallops and the essential prime rib. Selected regional and Spanish wines can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the Bayonne quays.
