For more than 20 years, Gilles, Maître Restaurateur, has been delighting palates in the warm setting of his bodega, but not only that... with a menu and suggestions inspired by the season and influences, using fresh produce processed on site. On the bodega side, it's tapas, raciones and plates to share, while on the restaurant side, it's duck breast and its pan-fried forest, snacked scallops and THE prime rib. Nous avons mangé en terrasse au bord de la nive. Excellent moment.
