An ideal, authentic setting for a traditional rotisserie, with stone walls, wood panelling, beams, wrought-iron chandeliers, heavy wooden tables and rustic straw chairs. With its huge rotisserie and huge flames crackling with ribs of beef and local poultry, the owner works around it like a guardian of the temple, mastering the cooking process. Duck, rack and rice of lamb, civet, magret, fillet or rib of beef, pigeon in season... A benchmark.

Restaurant à la décoration typique d’un autre temps. Accueil chaleureux, la patronne est d’une gentillesse. La cuisine excellente et copieuse. Bonne découverte.

Une trés bonne adresse située au petit Bayonne. Cuisine goûteuse et de qualité. Accueil chaleureux. Un peu cher mais ce restaurant vaut le détour.

établissement tres bien situé dans le vieux bayonne, plutot spéciélisé dans la grillade, d'ailleurs execellente. Execellent service, agreable les mets sont de qualité et le rotisseur à la hauteur. carte de vins intéreésente a prix raisonnable
