Opening in June 2023, Les Chenapans is a brasserie-restaurant-café and musical afterwork venue forming part of the new ON.SPOT complex, Bayonne's newest business venue. From morning onwards, this convivial, gourmet place offers the rhythmic service of a brasserie, both at the table and at the counter. On the plate, it's a clever mix of traditional dishes, revisited with a Basque twist. Locavore for the most part, fish, meat and sweet flavors are executed by chef Julien Bandarra and his brigade, with daily market suggestions.

Un patron peu agréable et je ne vous parle pas du temps d’attente entre chaque plat !

Les plats étaient délicieux et bien présentés. Mais par contre le service était déplorable. Devoir attendre environ 1h pour être servi alors que nous avions réservé auparavant ..... Pour justifier cela, l'on nous rétorque (sans sourciller ) qu'il ne fallait pas arriver à 12h30 en plein " coup de feu". ????.
