La Table, on Bayonne's quayside, deserves its makila d'honneur (a traditional Basque stick offered as a mark of respect). Few restaurants in the region offer such refined, well-crafted cuisine at such affordable prices. Sébastien Gravé, who has worked with some of the world's finest chefs, is at the helm of this establishment, and his cuisine is perfectly textured. Croq'monsieur with black truffle, marinated and burnt pollack with miso sauce, crispy leg of suckling lamb, candied Golden apples and raw Granny Smith? Top-of-the-range dishes!

Une des plus belles tables du coin...
Dommage que Pottioka ne soit plus là mais la cuisine est toujours aussi exceptionnelle.

Excellent dîner dans l'ensemble, le foie gras en entrée ne m'a que moyennement convaincu en revanche le plats terre mer était excellent ainsi que le dessert il en est de même pour le vin.
