With its large counter and high tables, Une Bouteille à la Nive is Bayonne's Hispanic-style terrace on the quayside. A festive institution, it offers tapas versions of South-Western specialties: cassolettes of whelks and chipirons en persillade, salmon gravlax, thermidor-style roast half-lobster, avocado trout, tuna tartar, duck confit with home fries, truffle-roasted camembert, charcuterie or cheese boards...
