Patxamama, a reference to Pachamama (Mother Earth), offers, in the heart of Bayonne, a delightful culinary journey with Latin American influences, and also thanks to Nicolas' experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in the capital. This bistro cuisine is seasonal, organic and inspired by our creative chef, using rigorously selected produce. Mimosa egg with tuna, lentil hummus with curry, piquillos and stuffed zucchini flower, shredded pork pie... Equally surprising desserts, as well as small regional and Spanish winemakers.

Je voulais essayer Patxa Mama depuis un moment. Très bon accueil, service au top. La cuisine est délicieuse, notamment les desserts ! Ambiance cocooning en hiver.
