Defenders of "homemade" and fresh produce, they offer excellent, rather original galettes, including the Italian (basil, Burrata, pesto revisited, Coppa), the Horizon with marinated chicken and smoked breast. Mussels arrive in season, and there's also the suggestion of the moment, such as duck confit. Those with a sweet tooth will love the Pépite crepe with chocolate, hazelnuts and roasted banana.
