We know Emma Pâtisserie in Nantes, and now they are in La Baule! Two friends, Louis and Thibault, have opened their first shop in Nantes. A modern bakery-pastry shop that mixes design, tradition and creativity. The place is very famous for its cream puffs with various flavours (chocolate, praline, raspberry, lemon, passion, caramel, mandarin, etc.). You will also find delicious desserts, a wide choice of breads: from the traditional baguette to a range of special breads: hazelnut bread, walnut-raisin bread, bread with 6 cereals, the special breads are there! You can, of course, choose pastries, but also enjoy during your lunch break the salad bar and sandwiches on the spot or to take away at the beach!

Rien à voir avec une pièce montée..
D abord 40 choux piqués dans un cône en polystyrène et oui pour 115euros . Et pas de plaque joyeux anniversaire comme prévu.
Donc grande déception je pense qu' on n a pas le droit d appeler ça pièce MONTÉE !
Dommage j aimais bcp cette pâtisserie.
