Le seul bémol: il faut dire aux clients d'activer le chauffage et comment car en novembre, si on ne chauffe pas la pièce à temps, on a froid aux jambes pendant longtemps, or le thermomètre indique une valeur de température de chauffe à 21 °c, donc on ne comprend pas tout de suite que le chauffage n'est pas lancé.
Seul petit bémol, une protection de matelas imperméable qui fait transpirer.
Le tout signalé a la réception mais aucun geste commercial, juste noté sur un bout de papier
