The5th address of the legendary Fouquet's brasserie is located on the first floor of the Barrière Le Royal hotel. The atmosphere is the same as on the Champs-Elysées, with wood panelling, chandeliers and studded red leather armchairs. On the walls, 140 Harcourt portraits of the greatest movie stars. On the à la carte menu, dishes reinvented by Pierre Gagnaire and staged by chef Mikaël Amisse. For starters, choose between squid rings with chorizo, smoked eggplant caviar or Fouquet's mimosa egg, avocado, grapefruit, pink shrimp and mascarpone. For the main course, we offer pork belly lacquered with chestnut honey, mashed Jerusalem artichokes and chorizo. Finally, your taste buds will finish in style with choco-Fouquet's, soft cookie and bitter chocolate ganache, burst blackcurrants with kirsh, tonka bean ice cream. You can also opt for the "wellness" menu, created with the thalasso's dieticians and featuring gluten-free dishes. Beautiful views over the park and ocean.
