History: Gilles took over the Mouzac salt works, on the Guérande salt appellation area, in 1995, out of passion. He likes to be barefoot in the salt works, he likes clay, seawater and salt. He loves this outdoor profession, ancestral, manual and satisfying that he tells you if you stop by when he works. He will talk to you about the profession but also about salt, the big one, the grey one, the flower of salt, its richness in trace elements and its multiple assets and benefits. On sunny days, his wife Eloise comes to park a small covered truck in front of the salt works to sell the house's production directly.
Products: Salts, salicornia and various 100% local and artisanal products made by this friendly couple can also be found on the Internet: salts, seaweed salts, fleur de sel with fennel, berries, basil, mustard with salicorns, etc. But it's much more pleasant to breathe the iodized air on the spot! In addition, the production is stamped organic (Nature and Progress).
