Read moreIt is in an old stone house dating from the 15th century in the heart of the ramparts that you will take your place. You can taste Breton pancakes and pancakes made with local products and organic flour from the Ecluse mill in Pont-l'Abbé in Finistère. You will appreciate the house's speciality: buckwheat cake made from a Brie de Meaux reworked with white truffle oil, on a bed of potatoes. Unless you opt for the galette des Remparts French minced meat tomato, egg and emmental. For dessert, it is difficult to resist the Caranoisette caramel salted butter pancake, crushed, roasted hazelnuts or the Paludière caramel salted butter pancake, vanilla ice cream, roasted almonds. A nice address as we like them.
