Example of dishes: a lobster broth and ravioli with Asian flavours, or a pan-fried fillet of beef and its beef juice with truffle oil. For dessert, try the speciality: the Paris-Guérande, a revisit of the famous Paris-Brest.

J'ai même dégusté des mets que je n'avais jamais mangé et que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Le poisson cuisson basse température était un delice, fondant et goûteux à la fois et sa hollandaise aux agrumes,divine!
