Behind the blue wooden façade, the setting is rustic: wooden tables, stone walls and the centerpiece of this long room, a beautiful fireplace. Most of the galettes are made with ingredients sourced from local producers, using high-quality organic flour. Alongside the traditional galettes, the chef will surprise you with more unusual but always successful combinations.
