The area of the Jardin d'Edouard, which is reminiscent of the Epicure Garden, is located in the heart of the name "Muscadet Lecourbe-et-Maine". Edouard Massart is an independent wine grower growing his vines in tradition and with passion, joined in 2013 with Claire Moreau, a recognized wine grower in the region. The vineyard of 17 hectares is mainly located in the municipality of Château-Thébaud since 1900, whose old vines over fifty years old are cultivated in a responsible and reasoned manner. The varieties are: in white the melon of Burgundy and white, red cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and gamay. The work of these winemakers was rewarded, since two muscadets of land were gold and silver medallists at the Paris 2017 Agricultural Competition!
