It is a sign that you cannot miss on the road to Pornic, a large building all dressed in red with a butcher in a white apron: the Sobreda. For more than forty years, "la Sobreda, boutique gourmande" has been supplying individuals and restaurants with all the diversity of the meat world. As far as beef is concerned, you will of course love the shank, rump or skirt steak, but don't neglect the tongue, the stewpot or the tail. The same goes for pork, which will delight you with its ribs, ribs, chuck or roast, but which is also worth a detour for its feet or cheeks. At Sobreda, you can find all kinds of meat, offal (beef, pork, veal), everything you need for your cold buffets (pre-cooked meats and meal trays), salads, tabbouleh and other remoulades available in 1 to 2.5 kg containers, and of course a very nice deli section. For the informed consumers that we are, it is important to specify that the meats presented by Sobreda are of French origin and come exclusively from French slaughterhouses. Note that in addition to the shop, an online ordering service is also available via the website, count 48 hours before delivery. Since 2015, a second shop has opened its doors on Route de Paris, not far from Nantes Est Entreprises. The inhabitants of Nord-Loire now have their own point of sale nearby!

Une déception cependant pour une commande passée en ligne ( produits pas très frais ). Il vaut mieux se déplacer pour choisir , ce que je fais depuis.
Comme par hasard, erreur de prix et de date de consommation .
En clair, on augmente le prix et la date de consommation avec une nouvelle étiquette colée sur la 1ère et on fait une super réduction de 20 %.
Bravo Sobreda....
